The Plenary Session of the Congreso de los Diputados [Lower House of Parliament] paid tribute on Thursday to the victims of the terrorist attack in Madrid on 11 March 2004 in which 192 people lost their lives and 2,000 more were injured. By unanimous agreement, 27 June was chosen as the Day of Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism.
